Thank you so much for sharing this perspective. All of this talk about superintelligent robots taking over our humanity is really something... I am glad that there are people aware enough to notice the obvious - it is us - humans - who are behind AI. And it is on us to direct our efforts to make it so that it helps us become better - not worse. But the road towards such thinking in the mainstream seems to be long still. Yet - I am glad to hear that maybe this new technology - or rather me who is quite frankly in opposition to it - can really end up benefiting humanity and - as you said - "human flourishing" at large. Yeah, to conclude, I just hope that we can actually find a way for it in the creation of a better world for everyone... Thank you for the read, I loved it 🙂‍↕️

Thanks for writing this, it clarifies alot. The imperative for a humanist AI, especially through integrating psychological principles into its design philosophies, feels profoundly important for building truly beneficial and ethic systems.
